In 1997, Chumboon was founded, introduced the industry's leading fully automated can production line, standing in the forefront of reform and opening up, and at the end of the year 1999 Chumboon passed the ISO international quality system certification, becoming a new star in Southern China's can industry.

In 2001, Chumboon introduced the world's most advanced Japanese Fuji P451 iron printing machine and F451 coating machine, with an investment of more than 20 million yuan, covering an area of 50 acres, the first iron printing plant was established in Zhucun Nangang Development Zone, the first step for the company to the group, towards a one-stop business service mode was set.

At the beginning of 2003, an additional investment of RMB 20 million was made to introduce Japan Fuji P452 iron printing machine, F452 coating machine and large-scale automatic iron cutting machine, which laid the foundation for the company's diversified operation.

In 2005 ----2006, we purchased 50 acres of land in Jiujiang Industrial Park, Nanhai District, Foshan City, and invested 50 million RMB to build Nanhai Chumboon Iron Printing & Canning Co., Ltd. with the introduction of advanced Japanese Fuji coating and printing equipments, which was completed and put into production in June 2006. At the same time, the tinplate operation department of Chumboon was repositioned and strategically adjusted, and Guangzhou Saibon Tinplate Trading Company was established in 2006, which set a new page for the development of the group.

In 2008, Nanhai Chumboon invested another 100 million RMB to build a 9300 square metres standardised plant and introduced the world's most advanced European automatic high-speed aerosol can production line, with an annual can-making capacity of 350 million cans, which has established its position as a leading enterprise in the industry.

In 2010, Guangzhou ChumXin Metal Products Co., Ltd. was registered in the former Xiaolou factory site, mainly engaged in tin box and other tin box related products. And set up Tianjin Chumboon Investment Co. During the same period, the head office invested in the introduction of German four-colour printing equipment, Taiwan food and beverage cans production equipment, to further expand the production scale, expand the product line.

In 2011, the senior management of the company began to prepare for the promotion of the company's listing plan, Chumboon will formally enter a new stage of leapfrog development.

In 2012, Guangzhou Chumboon and Nanhai Chumboon invested heavily in the introduction of four- and six-colour printing iron production lines,cone and dome cover production lines and high-speed automatic aerosol cans production lines, which comprehensively upgraded the scale of the equipment and technical level.
Today, Chumboon adopts the world's advanced machinery and equipment to achieve automatic production, with a daily output of more than 500,000 sheets of printing iron and more than 1 million cans.

In 2013, Zhejiang Chumboon Printing Iron Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was put into production, marking another big step forward in the field of metal packaging.

In 2014, Chumboon SAP project was officially launched, the group's operation and management level to a higher level, to promote the group's future sustained and rapid development. Zhejiang Chumboon Printing & Iron Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd. went into production, marking another big step forward in the field of metal packaging.

The establishment of Chumboon International Group (Hong Kong) Limited injected a new force for the development of overseas market of Chumboon, which marked another big step forward in the field of metal packaging.

In 2016, Chumboon was selected as one of the top 500 manufacturing companies in Guangdong Province.

In 2022, it invested in the establishment of -Hongyuan Global Metal Packaging Co. ,LTD in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., starting a new chapter of overseas investment of Chumboon Group.
